Terms & Conditions
  1. The ownership contract is only offered to eligible renters/buyers that have completed an 8 week trial period, making 8 consecutive weekly rental payments.
  2. In order to convert out of the trial period and into the ownership contract, renters/buyers must have a bank account that we can deduct payment from automatically through ACH debits. 
  3. During the trial period renters/buyers have the option of paying cash or using a specific app for payments. 
  4. Eligible renters/buyers may switch vehicles during the transition from the trial period to the ownership contract.
  5. In order to be eligible for the ownership contract, renters/buyers must make 8 consecutive payments direct. If a renter/buyer skips or misses a week for whatever reason, the time period or number of weeks to complete the trial period will reset. There is no limit on the number of times that that a trial period can be reset, or repeated. 
  6. Daily payments do NOT count toward the weekly payments. If a renter/buyer completes 1 or more weekly payments but then goes for a week or two or any period of time paying by the day, or every few days, they would have to start over and complete 8 consecutive weekly payments.
  7. If a renter/buyer switches vehicles before the trial period is complete because (i) the renter/buyer doesn't like the vehicle, (ii) due to mechanical issues that could have been avoided with routine maintenance & care, or (iii) an accident where you are at fault, then the time-frame would reset.
