Proof of Income & Residency
Proof of income is required to establish your ability to pay for the vehicle. Your most recent pay stub or any other document showing your income in the last 90 days. Proof of Residency is required to establish that you are a resident of Northeast Florida. An electric bill, cable bill or any other approved documentation that can confirm that you live in north-east Florida. You will need to bring these items in with you along with a valid Florida Drivers License. The address on the drivers license must match the address on the proof of residency. |

Complete the Rental Application
Click here - Send a text message to (904) 294-6000 when this has been completed. We need to see BOTH your motor vehicle record and criminal record. Email these records to [email protected]. Motor Vehicle Driving History
You need to send us a digital copy of your Motor Vehicle Driving History (Seven-Year Driving Record). You may purchase a 7-year report from any driver license service center, or from an online private vendor. Using Google: Key Word/Phrase: Florida Driving Record click here for the Florida Highway Motor Vehicle driving record information page. email the report to: [email protected]. After emailing the report, send a text notification to (904) 724-1000. |

Criminal History Report
You need to send us a digital copy of a criminal history report. You may purchase a criminal history report online from any one of the online private vendors that offer them. Using Google: Key Word/Phrase: Personal Background Check email the report to: [email protected]. After emailing the report, send a text notification to (904) 724-1000. |

Select a Vehicle
You will need to contact us (904) 724-1000 and schedule to come select a vehicle. We require that you come into our office and sit down with us to discuss the program, look at our inventory and test-drive vehicles. |

Secure Insurance
After selecting a vehicle in our office, you will need to secure insurance. click here - to learn more about insurance options, what insurance you need, loss-payee and lienholder information, and coverage requirements. |
