Step #1 - Complete a phone call.
Steps #2 - Select a vehicle.
Step #3 - Get Insurance.
Step #4 - Complete the program application online.
Step #5 - Complete the electronic agreements.
Step #6 - Make the cash app payment.
Step #7 - Arrange to pickup the vehicle.
- Send a text message to (904) 724-1000 and ask for an advisor to call you.
- An advisor will contact you and have a conversation to discuss your situation and our program.
- We ask that you watch all the videos on this page prior to having the conversation with our advisor.
Steps #2 - Select a vehicle.
- Schedule a time to come to our office and select a vehicle.
- Your advisor will show you various vehicles that fit your budget and specific situation.
- You will test drive several vehicles and select one that you like.
Step #3 - Get Insurance.
- Use the VIN from the vehicle you selected to secure the insurance.

- Once you have the insurance secured, email the declaration page to info@wehelpfoundation.com.
Step #4 - Complete the program application online.
- click here to complete the application.
- Make sure to provide 3 Lifeline Contacts.
Step #5 - Complete the electronic agreements.
- Once the insurance is secured, we will send you the electronic agreements.
- These agreements are sent to your email electronically.
- Read the Agreement in its entirety and sign it electronically.
- Notify us that you have completed signing it electronically.
Step #6 - Make the cash app payment.

- Notify us that you have made the first payment.
Step #7 - Arrange to pickup the vehicle.
- Once you've completed the electronic agreements, call us to coordinate the pickup of the vehicle.
