File Details for Adrianna Davis - A.K.A "Trinity"

Witness #1:
Person to be named later

This witness was a previous friend to Miss Davis.  As of November 2020, we have been told by Mr. Franswa that he is no longer affiliated with Miss Davis for the same reasons, that we are having continued issues with her.  She is mentally and emotionally unstable.

Witness #2:
Kurt Peterson (904) 844-5628
Kurt is the senior technician that has worked on both the first and second vehicle that we put Miss Davis in.

Witness #3:
Kimber Kahre (904) 517-0997
Kimber is the junior technician/shop assistant that worked on the vehicles with Kurt Peterson and was familiar with the transaction when Miss Davis was here.  Kimber also was driving the 2007 VW Passat before Miss Davis went into it.  She can testify that the vehicle was operating in perfect condition before Miss Davis took it.

Summary of Events

Adrianna Davis, also referred to as Trinity, came to us at the beginning of June 2020.  Miss Davis was having difficulty finding someone that would put her into a vehicle.  The first vehicle that we put her in was a 2010 Honda Civic.  Miss Davis was only in this vehicle for about 3 weeks.  She brought the vehicle in to have it checked out.  She was upset that the cooling system was no longer cooling.  This was very strange to us because we had just installed a brand new cooling system maybe a week prior to her taking it.  Our senior technician "Kurt" lifted the hood and inspected the vehicle.  The first thing he noticed was that the hood had coolant splatter all over it.  It was very visible that someone had attempted to force coolant into the system.  He confirmed after testing the system, that whomever she took the vehicle to, had attempted to service the AC.  They did not know what they were doing and it caused the brand new compressor that was in the vehicle to fail.  We provide a FREE service agreement on all vehicles (see attached contract below).  Our service agreement clearly instructs all program participants to bring in the vehicle to us and to NOT take the vehicle to anybody else.  We are very strict on this because, when we first started the program, we had too many customers going to shady mechanics who would sabotage the vehicle further to get more money out of the customer.  We also had many of our customers going to poorly trained mechanics who would often make the situation worse.  Either way, we do not allow customers to service the vehicle without going through us.  It's a breach of contract.  Miss Davis at first lied about taking it to a mechanic and then later admitted that she did take it to someone to have it serviced.  We actually canceled the agreement with her and offered to take her home.  She got angry and upset and started yelling, cursing and acting crazy.  She stormed out of our office and was stomping down the street.  A few hours later the director "Matthew" got a phone call from a witness #1 (to be named later).

Miss Davis, initially told this witness that we mis-treated her and she fabricated several lies hoping this friend would rescue her.  Our director, Matthew invited this witness in to discuss the matter.  This witness came to our office and sat down with the director and had a long discussion on the events that had taken place to that point.  Kurt showed him the area under the hood of the Honda Civic as evidence that we knew 100% that Miss Davis had taken it to another mechanic.  We also had the receipts from the supplier showing that we had just purchased the system.  This witness offered to help her financially pay for the compressor that we had to order and agreed to be her liaison between us and her because she was unable to control her emotions and unable to communicate with us.

Through this witness we were able to come to a new agreement to help put Miss Davis into a different vehicle.  The new vehicle we put her in was a 2007 Volkswagen Passat Luxury Edition.  Miss Davis was only in this vehicle for a few weeks or so and we got a call from her friend, the witness, indicating that the vehicle was on the side of the road.  We had it towed back to our facility so we could inspect it.  It turns out that she had wrecked the vehicle several days prior and caused the fuel tank to leak fuel.  The passenger side doors were both crushed in and damaged heavily.  When we identified these problems, she admitted that she hit something or someone.  We then told her friend, the witness, that either he or her had to pay for the damages OR file an insurance claim.  They opted to file an insurance claim.  To help them out, we agreed to absorb some or all of the deductible, if we could.

It took several weeks for the initial claim to get filed and paid.

We own the vehicle, look at the registration below.  Because we are the owner and we are the responsible parties for ensuring the vehicles are repaired, the insurance carrier paid out approximately $1,400 to us for the damages.  Remember, this is the amount paid after the $500 deductible was removed.  Once we got the check we started to work on the vehicle.  It took months for us to trouble shoot all the issues the vehicle had as a result of the fuel tank and fuel pump and other areas being damaged.

We were able to get all of the mechanical issues repaired and completed on 12/14/20.  Due to Covid, it took longer for parts to be shipped.  It also took longer for the diagnosis and repair process.

We finally took the vehicle to Oscars Paint & Body on Thursday 12/17/20 to have the bodywork done.  We had to purchase two new doors and have them and the car painted.  The total costs to date exceed $3,200.  We only received approximately $1,400 from the insurance carrier and $0 from Miss Davis.

Closing Summary
It is our opinion that Miss Davis is emotionally and mentally unstable.  We're not medical professionals, but it seems like she is suffering from something that has her fabricating stories and telling lies and we're not sure to what end.  There's no way anybody could possible think that we owe her money.  That's insane!  But, that seems to be the narrative that she is spewing out to anybody that will listen.  The reality is she owes us alot of money for the damages she did to both vehicles.

Even though she owes us money, WE ARE NOT pursuing her for financial restitution.  Yet, she has the audacity to try and make a claim that we owe her money?  OR that we some-how took advantage of her?
