We are looking to Rent to Own this RV on our property. This RV can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The RV is well taken care of and ready to live in/occupy. It's clean, has no issues and would stay on our property until it is paid for. Once you own it, you would leave the property with it.
We would break out the rent with utilities separate from ownership payments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- We do NOT require a credit check. Credit is not a factor.
- A down payment is required of between $3,500 to $4,500.
- No Pets AND No Smoking.
