If you are going to use the vehicle for income generating purposes, like delivering food or ridesharing, you must provide proof of insurance with an endorsement from the insurance agent indicating that those activities are covered. If a claim occurs while conducting those activities and you did NOT tell the insurance company that you were conducting these types of activities, then it is highly likely that the claim will be denied.
The insurance company will be required to send us the endorsement with the specific "Activities" listed. You must tell the insurance company exactly what you are going to use the vehicle for so they can ensure these activities are listed as approved or covered in their endorsement letter.

Loan Lease Payoff (LLP)
Some insurance companies have LLP as an option that you can purchase or add to your policy. If your insurance company offers this benefit, you must secure LLP. The LLP coverage must be in place to provide coverage to Auto Help Corporation in case of a covered claim where your vehicle is determined to be a "Total-Loss". The insurance company will pay Auto Help Corporation the "Actual Cash Value" of the vehicle plus up to an additional 25% more. The insurance company will use the Kelly Blue Book (KBB) value a distinctively different value than the ACV. Using KBB not ACV plus 25% will increase the over-all payout toward what you owe on the vehicle.

Secondary Coverages and Benefits that are Highly Recommended
Bodily Injury Liability
Bodily injury insurance will cover you and Auto Help Corporation in case of an accident where the parties in the other vehicle are injured and need medical attention. The insurance company will represent you and Auto Help Corporation in court if those injured parties decide to sue. The minimum requirement is 50/100 but we will request 100/300. If the cost for the 100/300 is not much greater than for the 50/100 we will instruct the agent to go with the 100/300. This coverage provides $100k per person and $300k per accident in bodily damages protection, $50k and $100k respectively. Towing Benefit It can be extremely comforting to know that if your vehicle is disabled that your insurance company has your back. Insurance companies offer two basic methods of paying out a towing claim. Complete a cost comparison and benefits analysis with our advising team to help you determine if this benefit and the extra cost is worth it or not. The best towing benefit will cover the cost of towing the vehicle immediately. We recommend securing a towing benefit where you have no out-of-pocket costs. The less attractive method insurance companies often offer is the..."wait-for-a-reimbursement". In most cases they cap what they will pay and require you to pay the full bill upfront with promise to reimburse you. If your assigned vehicle is disabled, you must call us FIRST, we will provide assistance in ordering the tow of your vehicle. Rental Car Benefit Having a rental car paid for by your insurance company when your assigned vehicle has been disabled, can be a huge benefit. Complete a cost comparison and benefits analysis with our advising team to help you determine if this benefit and extra cost is worth it or not. Avoid the reimbursement model when possible and secure rental car benefits where the insurance carrier sends you to one of their rental agencies and pay for the rental. If your assigned vehicle is disabled and you are in a rental vehicle provided by the insurance company, you are required to continue paying the normal program payments. |
