Summary of Evidence from the above video:
The images in both the listing and the disclosures do not show any damages.
The following damages were NOT visible or presented to me when we made our good-faith offer.
Confusion [different information in multiple systems]
In the Manheim system, there is a full CR completed showing the vehicle with a 2.7CR? This was NOT presented to me on the OVE listing. It was only provided to me through the Manheim interface, AFTER the purchase.
This CR from within the Manheim system shows different images than what was presented on the OVE listing and presents different language than what is presented on OVE.
I do not get "access" to this information until "After" the purchase. The transaction does NOT show up in Manheim until after it's purchased. So, there is no way for me to see anything other than what is being presented to me on OVE [in the video].
The damages were not displayed in the images that I could see in both the OVE listing and the Seller Disclosure, that was presented to me on OVE. But, when the vehicle was delivered all of the damages described thus far and more existed.

- Dash - No damages shown [damages were disclosed in writing only]
- Structural/Underneath/Rust - No damages [No Pics of any kind]
- Exterior Environmental - No damages shown
- Trunk - No Water Marks shown
- Engine Noise - In my original submission, I used the term "whining-noise". This was later clarified as engine noise on cold-startup and, that carried into exhaust/drivetrain noises. The engine and vehicle sounded perfect in the CR in the Manheim system. This recording was not presented in the OVE listing. There was no engine recording at all.

- The OVE listing that I did see, described damages to the dash and radio screen, but the images did not show any damages, so it appeared to me that they must have been very minor or so minor that it wouldn't impact the resell of the vehicle.
- If I had of "seen" the damages that were in the Manheim system but NOT on OVE, then I would not have made an offer on this vehicle.
- I would be happy to do a real-time video meeting to show you guys what I am seeing....matching what you see in this video below. All I did was record a google meeting and went through everything I could "SEE" and could not find any of the damages that are being said to have been disclosed or provided.
